Activa Capital promotes Quatrepoint, Singer


Activa Capital said April 11 that David Quatrepoint and Frédéric Singer were elevated to investment directors.

ACTIVA CAPITAL PROMOTES DAVID QUATREPOINT
AND FREDERIC SINGER AS INVESTMENT DIRECTORS

5 years after joining the French private equity firm, David Quatrepoint and Frédéric Singer are promoted Investment Directors.

David and Frédéric joined Activa Capital’s investment team in 2014, first as Associates (2014-2016) and then as Managers (2016-2019).

David, 31, and Frédéric, 32, have been involved in all the transactions of Activa Capital Fund III fund (Active Assurances, Alliance Etiquettes, Atlas for Men, Be Relax, Explore, HR Path, LOOK Cycle and Mecadaq Group), the 16 build-ups of the fund and the first exit (HR Path).

Prior to joining Activa Capital, David and Frederic both worked in mergers & acquisitions, respectively at Lincoln International and at Natixis Partenaires (formerly Leonardo & Co).

David is a graduate from the University of Paris Dauphine and EM Lyon.
Frédéric is a graduate of the Master 225 (Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering) from the University of Paris Dauphine.
