Dick Kramlich’s Green Bay Ventures has raised $51.9 million toward a second venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
The filing does not list a target for the fund: Green Bay Ventures – DS II. Thirty-nine LPs committed capital.
The firm is managed by C. Richard “Dick” Kramlich, co-founder of New Enterprise Associates, and Anthony Schiller.
