Flat Rock invests in four companies


Flat Rock Capital, a private credit fund, has made investments in four companies: North Billerica, Massachusetts-based Potpourri, a provider of bedding, apparel and related accessories: Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey-based Spencer Spirit, a specialty retailer; Jacksonville, Florida-based Coastal Construction Products, a distributor of waterproofing products; and San Diego-based Diversified Risk Holdings, a managing general underwriter.

With these investments, Flat Rock Capital now has a portfolio of 25 first lien loans to middle market companies totaling over $80 million in assets under management.
