Gridiron Capital promotes two to vice president

Gridiron Capital, LLC announced the promotions of two new vice presidents, Christopher M. King and Douglas J. Rosenstein. Since joining Gridiron, King and Rosenstein have been responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investments and participating in deals for new portfolio companies.

Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital”) is pleased to announce the promotions of Christopher M. King and Douglas J. Rosenstein to Vice President.

Mr. King and Mr. Rosenstein’s responsibilities since joining Gridiron Capital have grown to include sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and participating in the structuring, negotiation, financing and closing of portfolio investments.

Prior to joining the Gridiron Capital team, Mr. King was an Associate at a middle-market private equity firm focused on consumer, retail, healthcare, and industrials where he was responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company management. Previously, Mr. King worked as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in the Consumer Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. King graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A in Finance and International Business and holds an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Mr. Rosenstein was an Associate at a middle-market private equity firm focused on buyout and growth equity investments. Previously, Mr. Rosenstein worked as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Rosenstein graduated with honors from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business and holds an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
