Quarton hires Kim VanCleef as vice president to focus on financing, M&A

Quarton International announced the hiring of Kim VanCleef as vice president, to focus on financing advisory and M&A. Quarton, based in Birmingham, Michigan, is an international middle market investment bank serving private equity firms as well as privately held and publicly traded companies.

Birmingham, Mich.-based Quarton International, a premier international middle market investment banking firm serving privately held and publicly traded companies, as well as private equity firms, announced today that it has hired Kim VanCleef as vice president.

As vice president, VanCleef will focus on financing advisory and mergers and acquisitions, drive potential business opportunities, and conduct company and industry interface with clients, prospects, private equity firms and industry contacts.

VanCleef brings more than 15 years of experience to her new role. Prior to joining Quarton, she served as principal out of the Chicago office of Connecticut-based Altus Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm focused on niche manufacturing business. She also previously worked in the turnaround and restructuring group at Alvarez & Marsal and held positions at Dymas Capital, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital and William Blair & Company. VanCleef, a Michigan native, is a graduate from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
