NXT Capital finances acquisition of Illume by Freeman Spogli-backed Regent Holding

NXT Capital provided financing for Regent Holding Company‘s acquisition of Illume, a producer of fragrance and personal care products. The additional funding came through an amendment and expansion of Regent’s existing senior secured credit facility, provided by NXT when Regent was recapitalized by private equity firm Freeman Spogli & Co in October 2015.
