Global Employment Solutions and Fahrenheit IT ups ex-KRG VP to CEO

Middle market staffing firm Global Employment Solutions and Fahrenheit IT has promoted Howard Brill to executive chairman and Wayne Cavanaugh to CEO. Previously, Brill was CEO of the company while Cavanaugh was CFO, COO and president. Prior to joining the company, Cavanaugh worked at KRG Capital Partners where he served as a vice president.

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Global Employment Solutions and Fahrenheit IT (collectively, the “Company”), one of the nation’s leading staffing services companies, announced today that Howard Brill who has led the Company for the past 16 years is moving to the role of Executive Chairman and Wayne Cavanaugh who has served as the Company’s CFO, COO and President has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer.

Under Mr. Brill’s leadership, the Company has become one of the largest in the professional staffing industry. In his role as Executive Chairman, Mr. Brill will continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors, provide strategic insights and focus on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brill remains the Company’s largest individual shareholder.

Mr. Cavanaugh has significant experience in driving growth-oriented financial, operational and acquisition initiatives for companies with annual revenues between $100 million and $1 billion. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cavanaugh was a Vice President of KRG Capital Partners where he focused on investments in the healthcare services, business services and energy sectors and completed over $3 billion in merger and acquisition transactions. Early in his career, Mr. Cavanaugh was a private equity analyst with Svoboda Capital and an investment banking analyst with Merrill Lynch in Chicago and London.

Mr. Cavanaugh graduated with high honors from DePaul University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Accounting and received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
