American Healthcare Staffing Group, which is backed by BelHealth Investment Partners, has acquired Portland, Oregon-based Thaxton Barabe, a provider of interim healthcare leadership to hospitals. No financial terms were disclosed.
New York, New York – May 4, 2017 – American Healthcare Staffing Group (“AHSG”), a leading provider of temporary healthcare staffing services and a BelHealth Investment Partners (“BelHealth”) portfolio company, announced that it has acquired Thaxton Barabe (“Thaxton” or the “Company”), a provider of interim healthcare leadership staffing.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Thaxton Barabe is a leading provider of interim healthcare leadership to hospitals. The Company is one of the preferred suppliers of interim healthcare leadership to some of the largest and most reputable healthcare systems in the country including Kaiser Permanente, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Tenet Health and Sutter Health.
