ILPA starts search for global CEO

Institutional Limited Partners Association is looking for a chief executive officer. ILPA hired Arlington Partners International to lead a global search for a CEO. Earlier this year, ILPA named Mike Mazzola interim CEO to replace Peter Freire, who left the organization.

The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) today announced that it has retained Arlington Partners International to lead the global search to fill the organization’s Chief Executive Officer position. With a membership comprising more than 4,000 professionals around the world, ILPA represents institutional investors who direct funds into private equity, including public and private pensions, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Located in Washington, D.C. or Toronto, the incoming ILPA CEO will be an exceptional motivational leader and communicator with a track record of bringing out the best in leadership teams across geographies. She/he will have grown an organization globally and/or will demonstrate the ability to do so. A leader with gravitas, she/he ideally combines industry specific knowledge and insight with a keen ability to anticipate and identify market opportunities for ILPA.
