OPIC commits up to $200 mln to impact investor LeapFrog

The Overseas Private Investment Corporation agreed to commit up to $200 million in LeapFrog Investments, which plans to invest in financial services and healthcare companies in Africa and emerging Asia. The commitment is the largest OPIC has made to a private equity firm. LeapFrog has raised more than $1 billion.
