The Chamberlain Group, a Duchossois subsidiary, has sold HeathCo LLC to Transom Capital Group. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, HeathCo is a provider of outdoor security lighting, door chimes and motion-activated decorative lighting.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
