Transom Capital acquires HeathCo from Chamberlain

The Chamberlain Group, a Duchossois subsidiary, has sold HeathCo LLC to Transom Capital Group. No financial terms were disclosed. Lincoln International LLC served as financial advisor to The Chamberlain Group and HeathCo on the transaction. Based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, HeathCo is a provider of outdoor security lighting, door chimes and motion-activated decorative lighting.

(“Chamberlain”), a member of The Duchossois Group (“Duchossois”), to Transom Capital Group (“Transom”), a Los Angeles, California-based, middle market private equity firm with an operational focus via its proprietary ARMOR℠ value creation process. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
