Suquet Capital and Perkin back Hispanicize, which merges with DiMe Media

Perkin Industries and Suquet Capital Partners have made an undisclosed investment in Hispanicize, a U.S. Hispanic social media and influencer company. The capital infusion has led to a merger between Hispanicize and DiMe Media, an Hispanic-focused influencer network. The newly combined company will be called Hispanicize Media Group. In conjunction with the investment and merger, Nic Perkin and Joseph Suquet have been added to HMG’s board of directors.

This strategic capital investment has resulted in the merger between Hispanicize and DiMe Media to create Hispanicize Media Group (HMG). Funds from the investment will be utilized for strategic add-on acquisitions, technology development, content creation and an expansion of HMG’s influencer network.
