ABODA promotes Jolian to EVP

ABODA, which was recently acquired by Westbridge Capital‘s alternative accommodation brand RESIDE Worldwide, has promoted Robyn Joliat to executive vice president. Joliat joined ABODA in 2015 as vice president of global client services and new market development. Seattle-based ABODA is a provider of housing solutions.

On the heels of announcing their acquisition by Westbridge Capital, Ltd., ABODA by RESIDE has promoted Robyn Joliat, CCHP, to Executive Vice President, reporting to ABODA President, Dave Caple, CCHP.

Joliat joined the ABODA team in 2015 as Vice President of Global Client Services & New Market Development and was tasked with the development of new growth markets globally and developing and managing its “best in class” global account management department. After a successful year launching two new business units, Joliat was promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Services. Her restructuring and expansion of the supply chain to support increased global demand drove 44% YOY revenue growth from top accounts in 2017 and a 35% increase in ABODA’s global location coverage.

“Robyn is an innovative global leader with over 22 years of experience in operations, revenue generation, supply chain and product development,” said Dave Caple. “She is a proven executive who has performed a variety of strategic leadership roles that achieved short and long-term business goals including profitable growth, global expansion, and strategic alliances. ABODA has had the privilege of benefitting from Robyn’s expertise and industry knowledge, and we are excited for our next chapter under her leadership,” Caple continued.

Robyn Joliat’s main goal in her new role is to strategically lead and expand ABODA’s largest division, while ensuring all divisions within the organization drive efficiencies – focusing on the connections and interdependencies that will expand financial strength, profitability and operational productivity.
