Accel-KKR Acquires Accellos

Accel-KKR has taken a majority stake in supply chain execution software company Accellos Inc. Terms of the deal were not released.

Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity investment firm, today announced it has made a majority equity investment in Accellos, Inc., the leading supply chain execution software company focused on the SMB segment.

Accellos was founded with a vision that small and midsized business, and logistics service providers were in need of a single-source supply chain software partner. This vision has manifested itself in the acquisition and integration of six supply chain software companies and the development of a unifying product technology – the AccellosOne platform.
