Action Engine Corp., a Bellevue, Wash.-based developer of a software platform for use with Web-enabled mobile devices, has raised around $6.22 million in bridge financing, according to a regulatory filing. The company had previously raised $65 million in VC funding, including a $20 million Series E round last year from Baker Capital, Northwest Venture Associates and Spangler Group.
