AdvanTel Networks Names Dan Ferguson C.E.O.

AdvanTel Networks has named Dan Ferguson as President and Chief Executive Officer. He takes the role previously held by Roger McGibbon. Ferguson was previously Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sales for AdvanTel Networks.



AdvanTel Networks, a leading communications integrator, announced today the appointment of Dan Ferguson as President and Chief Executive Officer. Effective immediately, Mr. Ferguson will assume the role, previously held by Roger W. McGibbon. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Ferguson held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sales for AdvanTel Networks.

He has contributed to the success here at AdvanTel Networks with his years of hard work and loyalty,” said Mr. McGibbon. “As our company continues to focus on delivering excellent service and compelling collaboration and communications solutions to our customers, Dan’s experience in managing the different aspects of our business will be a significant asset in advancing our strategy.” Mr. McGibbon will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Ferguson brings over 25 years of sales, finance and overall industry experience to his new role at AdvanTel Networks. Ferguson joined AdvanTel Networks as their first bookkeeper during an internship in 1986. He has remained at AdvanTel Networks since graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Finance from Santa Clara University.
