Advent International has agreed to buy a majority stake in St. Louis, Missouri-based Ansira Partners, a provider of tech-enabled marketing solutions. The seller is KRG Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Ropes & Gray advised Advent on the deal that’s expected to close by the end of this year.
Ropes & Gray represented Advent International in its agreement to acquire a majority stake in Ansira Partners from KRG Capital Partners. St. Louis, Mo.-based Ansira is a leading provider of technology-enabled marketing solutions and one of the largest independent data-driven marketing services companies in the United States. Advent will acquire its stake in partnership with the company’s management, who will continue to retain a substantial ownership interest in the company.
Financial terms of the transaction, which was announced Nov. 17, were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2016.
