Alex Walker Joins C.P. Eaton

Alex Walker has joined C.P. Eaton Partners as a London-based vice president. He previously was a director of DTZ Investment Management.

Alex Walker, who joins the firm as Vice President, has eight years of experience in the real estate investment industry. Prior to joining C.P. Eaton Partners, Alex was a Director of DTZ Investment Management, the global real estate advisory business. With a particular focus upon private equity real estate, Alex was responsible for advising a range of institutional and other mainstream investors upon the formulation and management of their global indirect investment portfolios. He has advised upon a diverse range of transactions in Europe, Asia and the Americas and has supported the strategic development of a number of global real estate investors. Previously, Alex was part of Freeman Business Information, the real estate and financial information company.

At C.P. Eaton, Alex will focus upon capital raising and origination for private equity real estate and other alternative investment strategies. Anne Gales, Head of C.P.
