Alinda Partners with Shaw

Alinda Capital Partners and The Shaw Group Inc. (NYSE: SGR) have formed Shaw Infrastructure Investments, via which they will “jointly pursue development of certain yet to be identified energy, transportation, infrastructure, water, wastewater, and related projects.” No financial terms were disclosed.
