Allen Han Joins CVC Capital Partners

Allen Han has joined CVC Capital Partners as a senior managing director of operations in Asia. He previously ran Honeywell’s global sensing division.

CVC Capital Partners (‘CVC’), a leading global Private Equity firm, is pleased to announce a new senior appointment in Asia. Mr Allen Han will join as a Senior Managing Director on the Operations Team in Asia.

Mr Han will focus on assisting portfolio companies and their boards to transform operations and drive growth. He will also assist CVC deal teams in evaluating business plans for new potential investments.

Previously, Mr Han worked as Vice President and General Manager at Honeywell in China and the US. His most recent position was the head of Honeywell’s Global Sensing Division. Prior to Honeywell, Mr Han worked at General Electric in several business divisions as well as the corporate level. Prior to GE, Mr Han was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Asia. Mr Han holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from National Taiwan University.

Mr Han will join the board of directors of several CVC China investee companies, including Zhuhai Zhongfu Enterprises (China’s largest beverage bottler), Nien Made Enterprises (a global leading window furnishing company), Asia Timber Products (a leading Chinese wood panels and flooring manufacturer), and Hung Hing (a leading printing company in Southern China).
