AllianceBernstein announced today that it has acquired SunAmerica‘s alternative investments group, which manages hedge fund and private equity fund investments. The transaction price wasn’t disclosed, nor was the amount of assets the alternative investment group manages.
AllianceBernstein L.P. today announced that it has acquired SunAmerica’s alternative investments group, a team that manages a portfolio of hedge fund and private equity fund investments.
