Alpine Investors has made an undisclosed investment in Escape Technology. Dinan Capital Advisors served as sell-side adviser to Escape Technology. Based in Roseville, California, Escape is a provider of ERP software for K-12 schools.

Headquartered in Roseville, CA, Escape is the most powerful and comprehensive business system available to Unified School Districts and County Offices of Education. Escape offers an integrated suite of Finance, Payroll, and Human Resource modules that manage mission-critical budgeting and payroll processes for the unique needs of California school business. The Company has been implementing school business software for over three decades and has a strong reputation for its ease of use and customer support, boasting a market leading 85% Net Promoter Score (NPS).
