Alpine Investors has made an undisclosed investment in La Mesa, California-based Risk Management Strategies Inc, which offers solutions that protect people and the trusts they administer from employer liability. Allegiance Capital Corp was the financial advisor to RMS.

(RMS), from Alpine Investors. Alpine, a San Francisco, CA based private equity firm targets investments in founder-owned companies in the software, online/internet, and business services industries. The firm is currently investing out of a $406 million fund raised in 2014. Allegiance Capital Corporation served as the exclusive financial advisor to RMS. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
