Alpine Invests invests in Optima Healthcare Solutions

Alpine Investors has invested in Optima Healthcare Solutions. Financial terms weren’t announced. Optima’s founding team will maintain a minority stake. Palm City, Florida-based Optima is a therapy management SaaS software company serving the post-acute care market.

SAN FRANCISCO & PALM CITY, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Alpine Investors announced that it has made an investment inOptima Healthcare Solutions. Optima’s founding team will maintain minority ownership and remain active in the management of the Company. Josh Pickus, an Alpine CEO in Residence and part of the firm’s PeopleFirst program, has become Optima’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Optima is the leading therapy management SaaS software company serving the post-acute care market. Located in Palm City, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia, the Company’s signature offering is RehabOptima, a solution used by more than 8,000 skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and contract therapy companies.
