Amulet Capital Partners has made an investment in Theoria Management, a US-based tech-enabled management service organization provider for primary care services to senior living communities. No financial terms were disclosed.
Dr. Justin Di Rezze, founder of Theoria, will continue to lead the business as CEO and will remain a significant shareholder in the company.
