Anderson Quits BlackRock

BlackRock Inc. (NYSE: BLK) reported in an SEC filing that Keith Anderson resigned as vice chairman and global chief investment officer for fixed income. He has agreed to remain as an advisor until March. The firm has named Scott Amero to succeed Anderson. Amero will continue as co-head of its fixed income portfolio management group. In addition, Peter Fisher was named co-head of BlackRock's Fixed Income Portfolio Management Group. www.blackrock.com
