Angeles Equity Partners has promoted Sam Heischuber and Sameer Patel have to managing director. Also, the firm upped Max Schechter to principal, head of business development.

Heischuber is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities at Angeles Equity Partners, primarily in the building products, distribution, and transportation and logistics sectors. He joined the firm in 2016 and currently serves on the board of directors of several Angeles portfolio companies, including Freymiller and RōBEX.

Patel joined Angeles Equity Partners at its inception in 2014 and is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities, primarily in the automotive, aerospace and defense, electrical components, and packaging sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of several Angeles portfolio companies, including Primus Aerospace and ERP Power.

Schechter has led the Angeles Equity Partners deal origination efforts since joining the firm in 2017, focusing on both new investment opportunities and accelerating portfolio company growth through add-on acquisitions. He builds and maintains strong relationships with the corporate community and with both global and boutique investment banks.
