CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Antares announced today that it served as joint lead arranger and is acting as administrative agent on $330 million in senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of The Retina Group of Washington by PRISM Vision Group, a Quad-C Management portfolio company.

PRISM Vision Group is one of the largest, independent ophthalmology and retina administrative services organization in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Retina Group of Washington (RGW), is a leading provider of retinal and macular care in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland.
