PRESS RELEASE

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Antares announced today that it served as lead arranger and is acting as administrative agent on senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of Integrated Medical Professionals (“IMP”) and The Urology Group (“TUG”) by Lee Equity Partners to form Solaris Health.

Solaris Health is one of the nation’s largest independent providers of urological and other specialty services. The partnership aligns the skills and talents of over 150 providers who have more than 525,000 patient encounters a year at more than 60 sites in New York, Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

“From our prior experience working with Antares, we know the team to commit quickly and deliver,” said Mark Gormley, partner with Lee Equity Partners. “Their knowledge of physician practice management was key in understanding our investment strategy and providing a financing package to meet our needs.”

“We’re pleased to once again work with Lee Equity Partners in support of their investment in the Solaris Health platform,” said Graham Manley, managing director with Antares. “The combined scale that IMP and TUG bring to bear in addition to the extensive healthcare experience of Lee Equity Partners will be key drivers in transforming urology care across the U.S.”
