Antenna Audio Names Matricciani to CEO

Antenna Audio, which was recently bought by the Wicks Group, has named Janet Matricciani as its CEO. Antenna Audio produces and delivers educational content for use in multimedia and mobile tours for museums, exhibitions and historic sites. Wicks is a New York PE firm. Matricciani was previousy senior VP of corporate development at K12 Inc.

Janet Matricciani has been named Chief Executive Officer of Antenna Audio, Wicks’ most recent portfolio company investment. Ms. Matricciani is a leading international business executive with many years of experience as a general manager and corporate development executive in education and instructional media and management consulting. Prior to joining Antenna, Ms. Matricciani was senior vice president of corporate development at K12 Inc. (NYSE:  LRN), a technology-based education company that provides proprietary curriculum and educational services for online delivery to students in the K-12 education market.
