Apogem, formed earlier this year, hires TorreyCove founder David Fann

Fann will focus on business development and investor relations at Apogem as well as serve on several of the firm's investment committees.

David Fann, the founder and former chief of TorreyCove Capital Partners, joined Apogem Capital as senior managing director and vice chairman.
