Apollo Global Management Inc has approached Los Angeles-based construction company Tutor Perini Corp with a close to $1 billion acquisition offer, reported Reuters. Some of Tutor Perini’s infrastructure projects include Newark Liberty Airport’s Terminal One and the San Francisco subway’s extension to Chinatown.
