Apposite Capital-backed dental platform Riverdale Healthcare acquired Village Dental and InDental Group, taking its number of practices to 25 in two years. Village Dental is the largest acquisition by Riverdale to date and consists of three practices in Newcastle and Durham.
Apposite Capital, the healthcare specialist private equity investor, today announced that its dentistry platform, Riverdale Healthcare, has acquired Village Dental and InDental Group strengthening its footprint in the North East and taking the total number of practices to 25 in just two years.
Village Dental is the largest acquisition by Riverdale to date and consists of three practices located in Newcastle and Durham. It mainly offers private dental care.
InDental group consists of three practices located in Gateshead. All practices provide a comprehensive range of private and NHS dental care and accept referrals for complex dental treatment.
