Aquantia Corp., a Milpitas, Calif.-based developer of physical-layer transceiver ICs, announced that it has raised $25 million in Series B funding. peHUB first reported on the round last August.
Pinnacle Ventures led the deal, and was joined by return backers Lightspeed Venture Partners and Greylock Partners. The company closed its first round in 2005 with over $12 million. www.aquantia.com
