Arch Street and Brennan acquire Total Logistics’ headquarters

Arch Street Capital Advisors LLC has acquired the Oakdale, Minnesota-based headquarters of Total Logistics, a third-party logistics and supply management company. The deal is part of Arch Street’s $300 million joint venture with Brennan Investment Group.


GREENWICH, Conn., Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Arch Street Capital Advisors, LLC, a real estate investment advisory firm, announced the completion of the purchase and leaseback of Total Logistics’ Headquarters, an 86,460 square foot facility located in Oakdale, MN, a suburb of Minneapolis. Total Logistics is a third-party logistics and supply management company and its core services include dedicated fleets, third-party logistics, and warehousing services for end-to-end logistics management. The acquisition is part of a $300 million joint venture between an institutional client of Arch Street’s and Brennan Investment Group focused on acquiring and aggregating single-tenant, long-term, net-leased, mission critical industrial assets.
