Ardian’s strategy for enhancing value in Verne will primarily focus on capital expenditure growth and expanding it into new Nordic locations, managing directors Gonzague Boutry and William Briggs told PE Hub Europe. The private equity firm and Verne management are finalising the launch of a project in Norway, the managing directors said.
