VINCI Park, a portfolio company of French private equity firm Ardian, has agreed to acquire the assets of WestPark Calgary from WestPark Parking Services Inc. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. France’s VINCI Park, a manager of about 1.9 million parking spaces and related services in 14 countries, said it had also entered into a partnership to strengthen its market position in British Columbia. Based in Vancouver, WestPark is a parking management company that operates over 170 parking facilities in Western Canada.
VINCI Park strengthens its presence in Canada
MONTREAL, July 6, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ – VINCI Park is pleased to announce an agreement with WestPark Parking Services Inc. (“WestPark”) for the acquisition of the assets of WestPark Calgary and the creation of a partnership in British Columbia.
Created in 2010, WestPark is a major player in the parking industry in Western Canada operating over 170 locations throughout British Columbia and the Province of Alberta.
