Aterian Investment Partners has acquired Burner Systems International Inc. from Dyson Investments, the firm announced Thursday. Terms were not released. Burner Systems is a supplier of components, assemblies and system solutions for the gas appliance industry. The company is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
