Audax-backed Active Day makes two acquisitions
Active Day, which is backed by Audax Private Equity, has acquired Massachusetts-based Community VNA, a provider of adult-day health services to senior citizens; and Ohio-based Our Father's House, a provider of adult day health services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
