Centerline Communications, which is backed by Audax Private Equity, has acquired Leaf Communications, a provider of site acquisition and A&E design, small cell and construction management solutions. No financial terms were disclosed.

The Companies
Leaf Communications (“Leaf”) is a leading provider of site acquisition and A&E design, small cell, construction management, and inbuilding network services in the western region and other strategic areas of the United States.

The Deal
Centerline Communications (“Centerline”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”) has completed the acquisition of Leaf, representing the company’s third acquisition since Audax invested in the combined Centerline and Maicom platform in August 2021.

The Thesis
Headquartered in West Bridgewater, MA, Centerline is a leading professional services organization focused on the design, build, and maintenance of wireless and wireline critical infrastructure across North America. The acquisition of Leaf helps strengthen Centerline’s inbuilding network capabilities, while adding scale to the work performed by existing service lines on the West coast.
