Audax-backed Smart Care buys Horizon Bradco
Smart Care Equipment Solutions, which is backed by Audax Private Equity, has acquired New York-based Horizon Bradco, a service provider of commercial refrigeration, foodservice and HVAC equipment solutions to supermarket and convenience store customers.
