Audax Invests In Neptune-Benson

Audax Group has made a “significant” equity  investment in Neptune-Benson. Financial terms weren’t announced. Coventry, R.I.-based Neptune-Benson designs and makes environmentally-friendly filtration systems, recirculation components, and filter accessories for the recreational aquatics industry.


Audax Group announced it has partnered with Neptune-Benson, Inc. (“Neptune-Benson”) through a significant equity investment. Headquartered in Coventry, Rhode Island, Neptune-Benson is a designer and manufacturer of environmentally-friendly filtration systems, recirculation components, and filter accessories to the big-water recreational aquatics industry. Over 7,000 of Neptune-Benson’s filters can be found in commercial and municipal water recreation facilities, resorts, water parks, zoos and aquariums across 50 states and 40 countries.
