AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co KGaA said Aug. 9 that it agreed to buy the Armstrong ceiling tiles and grids businesses in Austria, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and the UK from Knauf International GmbH. The company provides mineral fibre tiles and grids for modular suspended ceilings to commercial properties.
