Aurora Directors Leave Douglas Board

Douglas Dynamics, a designer and manufacturer of snow and ice control equipment for light trucks has announced that Michael Marino and Mark Rosenbaum of Aurora Capital Group are leaving the company’s board of directors. These changes are in connection with Aurora’s sale of its stake in Douglas Dynamics. Marino and Rosenbaum are both partners of Aurora Capital Group and have served on the company’s board since 2009 and 2005 respectively.

Douglas Dynamics, the North American leader in the design, manufacture and sale of snow and ice control equipment for light trucks, today announced that Michael Marino and Mark Rosenbaum of Aurora Capital Group are leaving the Company’s Board of Directors. These changes are in connection with the secondary offering that is expected to close on December 6, 2011, completing Aurora’s sale of its stake in Douglas Dynamics. Mr. Marino and Mr. Rosenbaum are both Partners of Aurora Capital Group and have served on the Company’s Board since 2009 and 2005 respectively. In light of the resignations, the Board has adopted a resolution reducing the size of the Board from nine to seven members.
