Astorg has agreed to acquire IGM Resins, a Dutch maker of specialty photoinitiators, from Arsenal Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of this year. Moelis & Company LLC was financial adviser to Arsenal and IGM on the transaction while Houlihan Lokey and Emendo Capital did likewise for Astorg.

Cherwell Software, which is backed by KKR, has named Dave Welsh and John Spiliotis to its board of managers. Welsh is KKR's head of TMT growth equity and Spiliotis recently worked at Palo Alto Networks where he was a senior vice president. Cherwell is a provider of enterprise service management solutions.

Evercore has named Gregory Berube as a senior managing director in its restructuring and debt advisory group. Previously, Berube worked at Goldman Sachs where he was a managing director and head of Americas restructuring finance and advisory.

SG360°, which is backed by ICV Partners, has appointed Patrick R. Donahoe to its board of directors. Donahoe is the ex-CEO and Postmaster General of the U.S. Based in Wheeling, Illinois, SG360° is a print and direct marketing solutions provider.

ThreeSixty Group Inc, which is backed by AEA Investors LP, has acquired Vornado Air LLC, a provider of home comfort products. No financial terms were disclosed. Sawaya Partners LLC was financial adviser to Vornado on the transaction.

Behrman Capital has named Vincent M. Buffa as an operating partner. Previously, Buffa was president and CEO of Data Device Corp.

Argand Partners has promoted Joseph Del Toro to partner. Del Toro is a former chief financial officer at Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Undertone and The Topps Company.

Comvest Partners has made an undisclosed investment in RugsUSA, an e-commerce retailer and provider of area rugs and other home decor products. Koorosh Yaraghi, founder of RugsUSA, will remain as CEO and owner of the RugsUSA. Lazard Middle Market provided financial advice to RugsUSA while Financo did likewise for Comvest.

General LED, a portfolio company of The CapStreet Group, has acquired New York City-based Acolyte Group, a provider of LED lighting systems. No financial terms were disclosed.
