Safanad has increased its investment in UK-based HC-One, a provider of health and social care in the United Kingdom. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction follows HC-One's announced acquisition of 122 Bupa care homes. In 2014, Safanad and Formation Capital led the acquisition of HC-One, along with Court Cavendish.
Boyne Capital Partners has agreed to acquire a stake in Readyville, Tennessee-based Greenrise Technologies LLC, a green infrastructure firms supplying engineered turnkey systems for green roofs, landscape and growing media, componentry and maintenance services. No financial terms were disclosed.
Quantum Energy Partners has agreed to sell the remaining membership interests in Global Tubing to its joint venture partner Forum Energy Technologies Inc. According to terms of the deal, Forum will also buy management's stake in the joint venture and repay Global Tubing's net debt. The total value of the deal is about $237 million. Based in Dayton, Texas, Global Tubing is a provider of coiled tubing, coiled line pipe and related services.

Genstar Capital has made an undisclosed investment in Temple, Texas-based PDI, a provider of enterprise-class software solutions for the convenience retail and wholesale petroleum and logistics industries. Atlanta-based Stonemont Financial Group, a real estate investment firm, has acquired a $1.3 billion portfolio of net lease assets from Oak Street Real Estate Capital. The portfolio consists of 97 office, retail and industrial properties spread across 20 states.
