Bradford Health Services, a portfolio company of Centre Partners, has acquired Red Oak, a provider of substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment for young adults. No financial terms were disclosed.
Nordea and AlpInvest have raised 200 million euros for its new co-investment fund. The anticipated size of the fund named NPE Direct may be 400 million euros. NPE Direct will source co-investment deals from both the Nordea and AlpInvest private equity platforms. The fund's backers include Nordea Life & Pensions and Nordea Asset Management's private equity program.
General Atlantic has named Yong Hak Huh as a special adviser for the firm’s initiatives in Asia. Huh is the founder of First Bridge Strategy Limited and the former chief investment office of private markets and direct investment at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

Odyssey Investment Partners LLC has agreed to acquire CPI International Holding Corp from Veritas Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Goldman Sachs provided financial advice to CPI on the deal while UBS did likewise to Odyssey. Based in Palo Alto, California, CPI is a maker of electronic components and subsystems focused mostly on the communications and defense sectors.
GoldenTree Asset Management and GTIS Partners have formed GTIS Debt Capital Management, a new joint venture. GTIS Debt Capital Management will focus on real estate financing, providing loans between $20 million and $200 million. David Blum, managing director and portfolio manager of real estate credit at GTIS, will helm the platform.
New York City-based The Praedium Group, a real estate investment firm, has acquired Austin, Texas-based Fox Hill Apartments and Orlando, Florida-based Park Place. No financial terms were disclosed for the purchase of the two multifamily communities.
