Atlanta-based ClickDimensions, a provider of marketing automation and email marketing technology, has hired Michael Dickerson as CEO. Previously, Dickerson worked at PGi where he most recently served as executive vice president of strategy and business development. ClickDimensions is backed by Accel-KKR.
Gimmal LLC has acquired St. Louis, Missouri-based RecordLion, an information governance and records management software company. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, Chris Caplinger has been hired as vice president of engineering for the combined company. Gimmal is backed by Rubicon Technology Partners.
Husqvarna Group's construction division has agreed to acquire HTC Group AB's floor grinding solutions division. No financial terms were disclosed. HTC is owned by Nordic private equity firm Polaris.
Sun Capital Partners has closed its buyout of Wilmington, Delaware-based Horizon Services, a residential provider of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services for Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut and Maryland. No financial terms were disclosed. SF&P Advisors provided financial advice to Sun Capital on the deal while STS Capital Partners advised Horizon.
An investor group led by The Pritzker Organization has agreed to acquire Hargray Communications Group Inc, a broadband telecommunications provider in South Carolina and parts of Georgia. No financial terms were disclosed. Credit Suisse, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc and Antares Holdings are providing the debt financing.
Arena Investors LP is joining SB Capital and 360 Merchant Solutions to provide funding to Scargo Hill Capital, a new asset manager focused on the lower middle-market. No financial terms were disclosed.
