Dominion Midstream Partners has unveiled its IPO after pricing its 17.5 million shares at $21 per share. The stock began trading Wednesday under the ticker symbol "DM." Barclays, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, Dominion Midstream Partners is a unit of energy company Dominion Resources.
MML Capital Partners has made an undisclosed investment in VIP Cinema Seating. Based in New Albany, Mississippi, VIP is a maker of movie theater seats.
Vintage Investment Partners has closed its latest fund of funds at $144 million, above its $100 million target.
MergeWorthRx Corp. has agreed to merge with AeroCare Holdings, a provider of home oxygen and sleep therapy services. At the closing of the deal, AeroCare's existing stockholders will own 53 percent of the newly combined company. Cain Brothers & Co. was financial advisor to AeroCare in the transaction while EarlyBirdCapital provided investment banking advisory services to MergeWorthRx. AeroCare is backed by Ferrer, Freeman & Company and MTS Health Partners.
Breg, a portfolio company of Water Street Healthcare Partners, has merged with United Orthopedic Group. The newly combined company will be headquartered in Carlsbad Calif. and provide sports medicine, rehabilitative orthopedic products and services. No financial terms were disclosed. Breg president Brad Lee has been named president of the newly combined company while UOG CEO Gary Henley will serve as advisor.
PineBridge Investments has named Justin Pollack as senior vice president and Stacia Rogers as vice president, product specialist. Pollack is a founding member of Newbury Partners while Rogers recently worked in investor relations and marketing at Knighthead Capital and Lazard Asset Management.
Allstate Investments has hired Russell K. Mayerfeld as a senior managing director and promoted Peter Keehn to managing director of private equity investing. Mayerfeld is the former managing director of investment banking at UBS and its predecessors while Keehn first joined Allstate in 2003 a director to head the company's then $450 million alternative assets portfolio.
Moscow-based venture firm Life.SREDA is raising $100 million for its second fund. Its focus will be on mostly U.S. and European financial tech startups. The average investment is expected to be between $5 and $10 million.

Trive Capital has made undisclosed investments in Merlin RAMCo and ISR Group. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Merlin is a provider of manned and unmanned flight operations, maintenance, engineering services, and logistics support for the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies. And, ISR, headquartered in Savannah, Tenn., provides training systems and programs, technical services, airfield services and logistics and depot support to military and commercial customers.
