Shares of Eastman Kodak Co (KODK.N) more than doubled on Tuesday after the one-time leader in photography became the latest company to jump on the cryptocurrency bandwagon.

Inflexion has agreed to invest 150 million pounds ($201 million) in Radius Payment Solutions. The deal values Radius, a provider of fleet payments and telematics to small and medium sized fleets across Europe, North America and Asia, at 800 million pounds. Update: Rahul Singla and Jacques Raphael of Deutsche Bank advised Radius, while Rothschild provided financial advice to Inflexion.

he owners of Avast Software, one of the world’s most used pieces of computer antivirus software, have hired Rothschild to prepare the business for an initial public offering (IPO) which could value the firm at as much as $4 billion, four sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Pineapple Payments said Sept. 7 that it secured a $35 million growth equity commitment from Providence Strategic Growth, the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners. Pineapple, of Pittsburgh, is a payment processing technology company.
